Report of the Federal Task Force on High Risk Pregnancies and Prenatal Record Systems

A number of the provinces have already developed systems thatseek to reduce perinatal mortality and morbidity. Theseprovinces have developed record systems, interventions as well aspersonnel and facilities to accomplish these objectives. TheTask Force studied the possibility of developing a set of uniformdefinitions for Canda, and the development of a set of "coremarkers" which could be considered for use by each province inmodifying their existing prenatal record systems, if indicated orneeded.
