2. Our Services
BooksAndGuidesPro provides software applications including:
- FarmsFlo - Farm management software for tracking crops, inventory, employees, and sales
- BoingyBooks - Interactive read-along book creation platform with bouncing ball word highlighting
- Additional applications and services as we develop them
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Some of our services require paid subscriptions:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
5. User Content

6. Marketplace (BoingyBooks)
If you sell content through our marketplace:
- You must have all necessary rights to the content you sell
- We collect a platform fee on each sale as disclosed in the seller dashboard
- Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect
- You are responsible for applicable taxes on your earnings
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use automated systems to access our services without permission
8. Intellectual Property
Our services, including software, designs, and branding, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BooksAndGuidesPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
11. Termination
